Neo srl has been asked to verify the structure of an aluminium pergola intended for the welcome bar at the uppermost weather deck of a high luxury cruise ship. The verification has investigated also the stiffening of the steel deck as per DNV rules.

The service moved from the import of the 3D model given by the civil engineers and architects and went through the recommendation on mounting details, choise of material, provision of FEA report up to the Class approval and assistance for fabrication.
